The Emotional Quotient exercise will involve each person satisfactorily completing the exercise found in the book Bradberry, T. and Greaves, J., Emotional Intelligence 2.0. Students will file a 400 word report on progress made in doing the exercise in the Emotional Intelligence book. This is a graded exercise. A 400 word report will be submitted via email NLT 30 September on progress made.
Learning Objective
– to ascertain which part of EQ a student is deficient in e.g. Self-Awareness, Social Awareness, Self-Management and Relationship Management.
Lastly, to take necessary steps while taking the course (over 7 weeks) to show improvement in at least one of the areas (presumably the weakest areas).
