Story of Race and Gender
Description
In this first paper, we will further explore the challenges that we may experience in our society.
Objectives:
Reflect on who you are based on your race, ethnicity, gender, or sexuality.
Do you think about the privileges and challenges you might face in society simply because of your identity? If so, what are they?
What life experiences have propelled you in the understanding of these issue(s)?
Does your family ever talk about these issues (s)? In what ways?
Do you ever talk about these issues (s) with your friends? How comfortable do you feel speaking about these issue(s)? Why do you believe that these conversations are essential? Explain.
This academic, college-level paper is expected to be 1250 words in length, double-spaced, in 12-point font with one-inch margins.
Three primary sources are required, and please include one of our texts as a source(s).
Your remaining two sources must be academic journals accessed through our Stafford Library.
The paper should be in APA format; however, abstract and running headers are not required.
