The topic is: Why are we not Pushing more more rehabs versus jail sentences?
The paper must:
Be a Word document (unless another file type is approved in advance by the instructor) formatted to the traditional 8.5 by 11 paper size;
Be at least five (5) pages in length (not including title or reference page)
Be double spaced with 1 inch margins;
Be formatted in a font size of 12 in Times New Roman;
Have at least 7 references cited in APA format at the end of the document;
Be submitted electronically through the Blackboard paper drop in an attached Word document; and
Be submitted to the instructor no later than the deadline noted in the in the Outline.
Students will be penalized for incorrect spelling and improper grammar. Written assignments should be well organized and written in complete sentences.
The instructor strongly recommends The Gregg Reference Manual for the basic rules that apply in virtually every piece of writing. Students needing assistance with written assignments should contact the instructor.
Further, the requirements for what constitutes an acceptable reference will be discussed when the paper assignment is given out in class.
Papers and other written assignments will be examined closely for plagiarism.
