Interview a person utilizing all the interview strategies learned in the course Note the reports on the Health History Worksheet provided in your syllabus.
In the body of your paper, with each body system in a subtitled section, there should be a summary in your own words of the patient’s positive and negative subjective reports, including comments about the patient’s overall mental status.
MUST be in APA format.
Must be in 12 pt. Times New Roman font and double-spaced with a 1-inch margin, except for biographic data table, which can be single-spaced.

Complete a Health History interview (subjective data only) on an adult. Data collected must be completed on the Health History interview worksheet provided in the course syllabus.
Summarize both positive and negative findings in a type-written paper in accordance to the APA format.
