Internship
(At least 700 words)
The Final Report should include:
A very brief introduction of the host agency
Rewrite the things you were supposed to do during the internship period as per your initial report
How far you were able achieve your goals? List the things you learnt during your internship period
How was your overall experience at the host agency? Your interaction with your supervisors and other staff at work?
Discuss some of the major differences you found in the theories related to different areas of management you learnt at the university and the things you learnt while actually working in an organization?
Did you face any problem at HBMSU in finding a suitable placement for internship or any other problem during the internship programme?
