Choose a manufacturing company such as toyota or samsung or others and show the supply chain of that company showing the manufacturers suppliers factories etc.
Identify a problem within that supply chain such as transportation cost or other and research data an use linear programming in excel to solve that problem.
Use the arena simulation program and be able to gather data and implement it into the simulation.
In the report, you are also required to show screenshots of the linear programming and arena simulation with explanations and analysis.
