3. Identify problem or potential problem .
4. Include a personal reflections and analysis segment of the interview at the end of your paper.

You may present this in first-person voice, i.e. I believe, I disagree, I agree, I feel, etc. at the end of your interview paper. This is where your own professional/personal life experiences may apply. First person is not a requirement, just an option .
