Relaxation techniques can be a a wonderful way to manage stress. Choose one relaxation technique that involves you physically doing something. For example, listening to music can be relaxing, but it would not qualify for this assignment. You do not need to limit yourself to the ones in the textbook, but you can certainly use them.
