System Implementation Plan
Assignment Specifications: develop the implementation plan for your emerging technology on the telemedicine
1. Create a implementation plan that consists of the following components:
• Scope of project – this includes discussion on the purpose for implementing the technology. Should be a 1-2 paragraph written statement of scope of project.
• Committee roster with inclusion of each committee member and a description of their role as it
pertains to the implementation. You can complete the roster in a table format imbedded into your implementation plan with 2-3 paragraphs included which discuss the role of each committee member.
• Needs Assessment. Creation of a Needs Assessment to assess the needs of the end users as it pertains to implementation and use of the emerging technology. This should be in the form of a formal questionnaire that solicits the responses from the end users of what their needs are from use of the system. You will identify the end users of the system and create the questionnaire to include in your plan.
• Training Plan. Create a training plan that will outline the proposed training needs and schedule for the users of the system. This training plan can be discussed in 2-3 paragraphs.
• Implementation Schedule. Create a basic GANTT Chart to outline the implementation schedule for the main events for the main deliverables of the system implementation (Time for solicitation of RFI, Contract Negotiation, needs assessment, training, system implementation & system testing.

All components are to be submitted as one document. Use the tables and charts functions to complete items such as your committee roster and GANTT chart. Be sure to separate each section by a bold heading such as “Scope” and “Needs Assessment”.
