Reading response memo. Most importantly, each memo should briefly identify and summarize the key claims and ideas of Mapping the Terrain: Definitions. Secondarily, should try to engage with those ideas in some way.
For instance, students may link main ideas together or evaluate one or more key ideas or claims. Memos should be 1-2 pages in length.
