In your case analysis, you should have the following:
In the first section give a one paragraph overview of the case.
In the next section “Company’s Approach”, give a one paragraph overview of how Pinder embraced ethical leadership to create an ethical culture. (2 paragraphs maximum)
In the third section “Questions for the Case” answer these questions in paragraph form:
How has Cardinal’s principles and values shaped the ethical behavior of employees?
How has Cardinal empowered its employees to practice responsible and accountable leadership?
In the final section “Evaluation”, address how well the Cardinal’s approach is working. What could they do to improve the culture of ethics?
Make sure you use your textbook readings in to substantiate your analysis. No direct quotes! Paraphrase in your own words and cite your source.
This paper should be between 4-5 pages including the title page and reference sheet. Remember, this is a short case study with approximately two pages of your analysis. Assume your reader understands the case and present your analysis!
