3. Check your MyPlate Report you have generated with NutritionCalc Plus in CONNECT and submitted during week 3. Answer the following questions:
a) Which food groups represent nutrient-dense sources of carbohydrates?
b) How does your intake for those food groups compare to the recommendations?
4) Using you food intake data you have recorded with NutritionCalc Plus on CONNECT during week 3, generate a new report: Single Nutrient Report for fiber (for all three days combined) and review the information in your Nutrition Facts Report you have generated during week 3. Answer the following questions:
a) How does your dietary fiber intake compare to the recommended for your age and gender?
b) What foods are you getting most of your dietary fiber from?
5) Provide specific (and realistic) dietary recommendations to yourself based on the analysis of your total carbohydrate and fiber consumption you conducted for questions 1 through 4.
