Shakespeare
This assignment will require you to formulate an opinion, based on research done, on whether or not Shakespeare should be required material in the classroom.
There is currently much debate on the matter, and I am looking to you, the youth who are most affected by this to weigh in on the matter. I would like for you to present an argument for your stance, and you must choose yes or no, no middle ground.
This paper is to be a minimum of three (3) pages in length, be supported by primary and secondary sources, as well as meet the standards of MLA formatting and of a formal essay appropriate for this level of writing. Make sure to consider all the ramifications of each side, the reasons for the arguments on each half, as well as the purpose of the material itself.
