You have to choose a project from your work (e.g. the introduction of a change management program, the installationof a new computer system, the introduction of a new product,the entry on a new market,etc.).

The project could be based on:Αfuture project in which case you report should providethe following: othe project scope (work breakdown structure); ostakeholders’ analysis;obudgeting information; othe project plan (network diagram, Gantt-chart); o

resources allocation;orecommendation ofrisk management strategy; odiscussion of communication issues, leadership, teamwork;ofinancial evaluation;odetermination ofsuccesses and failures; orecommendations.
