Description
Take a walk through your property after studying the rules pertaining to fixtures and identify 5 items in your home that are considered fixtures and 5 items in your home that are considered personal property.
Part II: Describe how to distinguish between a fixture and personal property, using research support and one APUS Library source. (ask support for login ) Identify any issues that may arise between a renter and landlord or buyer and seller during a real estate transaction (i.e., describe any difficulties you had in differentiating each item in your home).
This analysis is to be completed using APA formatting and will require the following:
Be double-spaced throughout.
Have an APA style Header
Be formatted throughout in APA style
Use 12-point, Times New Roman font
Have an introductory paragraph with a thesis statement.
Include a body of the paper with support from your text. Body of paper must be 4 to 6 pages in length.( 4 is good enough)
Use APA formatting for citations and references
Have a conclusion that sums up the points in your paper.
Have a reference page that is formatted in APA style.
The two references are required. One is your text and the other must be from the APUS Library; however, you may use other references in addition to the text. Wikipedia and other sites like this are not considered valid academic sources.
