It will be important to identify the appropriate person to address the letter to (the CEO, Director, Executive Director, Leader of the organization, the bill sponsor/co-sponsor, etc). Write a letter (in business letter format) to the identified person addressing the following: the main points of the issue, the scope of the issue (using statistical evidence to show the magnitude of the issue), the impact of the issue on the population and include your call to action.
