Prepare a literature review and critical essay considering the application of research methods, ethics and practical factors in a report/publication which demonstrate the inequalities of job opportunities in healthcare settings between the black and ethnic minorities (BAME) and the white population.
It will take the form of a critical appraisal and analysis of the methods and approach in critical analysis of a systematic review of literature report/publication

Learning Outcomes
1. Critically analyse research literature on the above topic.
2. Critically evaluate the relevance of different research designs, methods and data analysis methods for this chosen topic.
3. . Critically evaluate the impact of ethical and practical factors affecting the conduct of research in the practice situation on this chosen topic.

To clearly show the disparities between the ethnic minority and the white privileged population in career progression and more senior role job opportunities in healthcare settings.
