Description
For this LEGAL RESEARCH PROJECT, you will first, choose your constitutional issue. Second, you will conduct legal research and find two (2) US Supreme Court cases that illustrate the constitutional issue chosen. Third, write a brief summary of why you chose the two cases and the impact these decisions have on the issue. Fourth, don’t forget to provide the official citation for your two cases.
The length of the paper should be no longer than 3 pages single or double-spaced.

2. Due Process/Equal Protection violations under the 14th Amendment
3. 6th Amendment rights
4. 1st Amendment rights
