Write an Action Plan to focus on 2 specific leadership behaviors you would like to incorporate. Be specific about what those behaviors are and then detail how they can be developed. Describe specifically what you will do to develop your leadership identity.
Tell me (and yourself) why these particular behaviors are important for your development, what you will do to develop those behaviors, how you will hold yourself accountable, and what your timeframe for development is.
