LEADO is a multinational, company based in Europe and produces materials for the construction industry.
No Business Continuity/ High Availability Plans really exist. Disaster recovery plans/objectives are not defined and unlikely to be achieved and illustrate a disconnect between current infrastructure capabilities and business expectations.
Objective
Perform critical analyses and recommendation of top 10 enterprise business continuity and disaster recovery planning software products that LEADO could use to produce, manage and keep up to date: business continuity plans and individual disaster recovery plans for all there IT Services.
The selection should be a mix of software products that can be hosted on LEADO’s own data centres and/or SaaS solutions on the cloud)
The recommendations must be supported by industry facts and must not be based on one’s own opinions.
