within. Using the data from the PESTEL analysis your second paper requires you to complete a SWOT
analysis for the chosen firm and clearly identify the key drivers from the external and internal environments.

Using the key drivers from the SWOT analysis identified in portfolio paper 2 you are to now examine the ways
in which these key drivers can impact upon TWO of the firm’s functional areas such as; Marketing, HRM,
