On the basis of this information, try to establish how the company enters foreign markets and what overall strategy it is pursuing (global, international, multi-domestic,
transnational). Based on the analysis of the individual companies’ global strategies, make a
comparison of the opportunities and threats and based on them their future perspectives.
Formulate recommendations as to how the companies can strengthen their global strategy.
