You and a team of colleagues are going to create a “driving license app”. An app that can
function as a driving license, so you do not have to carry that little plastic badge around –
but show your license on your smart phone whenever that is needed. You are going to
present the project to the board of your organization – and you will prepare a report
describing the project – including a network task model with critical path, and a Business
Model Canvas.
NOTE: We know you are not experts in app development or programming – so the
thought processes around the project, the network planning model, critical path and
BMC are more important.
