Write a comparative case study that contrasts one example of poor ethical public health practice, and one example of good ethical public health practice of the following topic:

Through this comparison:
• Introduce each case study (provide a summary of what was done, where, and why) (~400 words).
• Detail clearly the ethical issues present (~500 words).
• Highlight in particular if there are vulnerable populations affected.
• Reflect on the principles of biomedical ethics where applicable (beneficence, non-maleficence, respect for autonomy, justice, etc.)
• Compare how ethical issues were managed in the “poor” and “good” examples (~300 words).
• Provide recommendations for carrying out public health activities within this topic area in the future,what considerations need to be made from the outset and throughout to ensure that public health practice is ethical? (~300 words).
These case studies can be historical or contemporary.
