Read the Value Based Leadership material, then take time to develop your own set of beliefs for leading an organization.
Write a 3 to 4 page paper (approximately 900 to 1200 words) reflecting on your personal values and how they will direct your leadership philosophy as you advance in your career. Your paper should include the following
Your Personal Leadership Philosophy
At least 10 personal beliefs that won’t change much over your career supported with specific examples or quotes.
Citations to 3 to 5 outside resources that support your philosophy on leadership.
Your paper should be written in APA format.
