Workplace incivility (WPI) is prevalent among healthcare practitioners (Chen, Wang, Geimer, Sharp, & Jex, 2019), and has adversely impacted patient safety, organizational efficiency, costs, and quality of care (Smith, Morin, & Lake, 2018).
