The Vice-president comes out angry and yells at Saito, asking who told her to speak Japanese. Saito yells at her causing a scene and asks to speak to her. She served coffee pretending like she spoke perfect Japanese. She responds that she does speak Japanese and he’s mad that she tried to defend herself. He tells her to never speak Japanese again. He makes references to the Western mindset about following orders.
