Communication Plan
o Provide a brief overview, in point form, identifying the communication channels, strategies, and styles that you will use to communicate the wellness program to the employee group.
o Consider the timing of your communication plan, from program kick-off to ongoing maintenance/frequency of communication. How will the medium of communication change throughout (e.g., live kick-off followed by email communication) and how often will it be communicated to the employee group?
o How will you maximize communication given the location, demographics, and job duties of the employees? Will you need to customize the communication strategies and timing to each department in the organization?
