Critically discuss the domestic effect of the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms 1950 as introduced by the Human Rights Act 1998.

-The question of parliamentary sovereignty is how domesticating the European convention in the form of Human Rights Act, rather it is has effected parliamentary sovereignty, it hasn’t because the court can make only judicial assessment, rather it is compatible or not.
-The Idea is that parliament intention was to make laws compatibly with the convention.
-You can see that on new legal order has been created by Human Rights Act 1998.
