To what extent does sociology have an impact on social reform?
In Introduction to Sociology chapter 1, the author writes that the study of sociology has lead to many important social reforms, such as Brown vs. Board of education.
Besides racial reforms, sociology has also led to reforms in different institutions like the prison system reform and a more equal workplace for women.
