Description
Transformational leaders lead by modeling the way with their personal values. For this assignment you will select five or six personal values that influence every aspect of your life– moral decisions, responses to others, and our commitments to personal and organizational goals. Next, you will align these values to both your organizational and Regis values to determine how well they align. This process will allow you to assess if you are in the right culture to thrive or how your personal values may guide how you lead those around you.

Fill out the worksheet by completing the following:
Select five or six personal values that most influence you.
Insert your organizational values in the table included on the handout and align to your selected personal values.
Align your selected personal values to each key Regis Jesuit value.
