Innovative Process Report
Description
Write a report (no longer than four pages) in which you present a stage and gate process to manage innovation within your business. If one already exists in your organization, use that. If not, design one for your organization or for a specific business activity.
Your report should contain the following items:
A short introduction of your organization
A list of the main phases
The key deliverables for each phase
The functional areas responsible for each one of these deliverables
The key metrics that each phase should reach in order to proceed to the next phase
A visual representation may be very helpful in presenting the phases
