Description
Leadership with Ethics project report should include all of the following elements:
1. Abstract
2. Contents page
3. Introduction
4. Literature review of leadership theories (roughly 1000-1300 words)
5. An evaluation of an organisation of your own choice to be investigated as the focus of the report (Anna Wintour at Vogue)
6. A critical analysis and examination of relevant academic theories models and concepts relating to leadership and/or ethical challenges/approaches and an evaluation of their relevance to your findings from the organisational context.
7. The identification of sound conclusion/ recommendation, which can be drawn from the investigation.
INCLUDE:
– minimum of 16 references (variety of books and articles Harvard referencing)
– A book that must be used and referenced at least once is Northouse Peter Guy (see attached)
– Write about the difference between management and leadership
– literature review on leadership theories – Transactional and transformational theories
– critical analysis of Anna Wintour’s leadership (apply theories to her leadership)
– Recommendations on how Anna Wintour can improve leadership
