*Search the professional nursing literature (within the last five years) on the issue selected.
Find at least four peer-reviewed nursing journal articles that address your selected issue. At least two articles must be research based (e.g. original research reports but no systematic reviews).
If you want to use opinion pieces, editorials, letters to the editor, or other short pieces, they will be in addition to the four main articles.

Describe the implications of the issue you have described on the provision of safe, high quality health outcomes.
Summarize the main points you have made in your paper in the Conclusion.

Depth of thought, clarity, specificity, conciseness of the items above.
Use of professional language, grammar, punctuation neatness of presentation.
Paper should be 3-5 pages in length (excluding title page and reference page).
