State the scope of the evidence and Diabetes UK etc… to explore how many people have diabetes, and type 2 diabetes and then how many women facing type 2 diabetes (T2DM)and gestational diabetes (GD)?
And explore how T2DM and GD are affecting women’s life?

Define the main 4 core themes: What are these themes? why they are important?

Gender aware diabetes care (rather than diabetes care) to address a) increased risk of emotional health needs and b) reproductive health life stage
