Prepare a case study of a struggling reader or an English Language Learner who you encountered and/or observed during your pre-practicum experience. Write the teaching strategies you would use with this student to help him/her develop literacy skills (be specific) and explain why you chose the strategies.
Include at least one piece of technology that this student would benefit from using. Explain when and how you would implement the technology into the student’s learning.
