Signature Assignment In your proposal, address the following:
Describe your organization: business sector, mission and staff size.
Describe why your company will benefit from an internal coaching culture and how you came to this conclusion.
State the competencies you will require from an internal coach Describe your plan to develop the internal coaches
Discuss your plan to address ethical and diversity issues that could arise from internal coaching
Describe costs (if any) that may be associated with the proposal (e.g., training costs, pay raises, etc.)
Support your paper by including any best practices in coaching
Use any of the readings from the course and/or external sources to assist you with how to write an executive proposal
Prepare a brief presentation (less than 5 PowerPoint slides) which highlights the key points of your proposal.

Must be double-spaced with 1-inch margins and typed in 12-point Times New Roman
Paper should be proofread for spelling and grammar mistakes
Essays should be in APA style.
