Description
Write a 3000 word essay on the challenges newly registered nurses face and what strategies can be utilised to manage these challenges. It is expected that at least three major challenges will be identified from the research literature.
The essay is to be constructed using evidence from the research literature with due referencing. A list of relevant research articles is provided in the eReadings under Assessment 2, but students can undertake their own database searches to extend their knowledge.
