To begin,
Step 1: Pick a job description. This may be a job description you have used for previous assignments, or a brand new one – I have no preference.
Step 2 (4 points): Develop 8 interview questions – .5 points for each question.
Valid interview questions are job related, measurable OR observable. They should not be yes/no questions, but should illicit information about a candidate’s knowledge, skills and ability to do the job.
Valid interview questions should not ask any protected class information. No credit will be provided for questions that are a cause for legal issues.
Step 3 (1 point): List who will be involved in the interview process, and WHY? What is their significance to the process?
