This assignment is an individual assignment.
This assignment requires you to use the case study provided on the module webpage: Johnson, S., Kern, D., Haight, K., & Haight, R. (2012). Transformation from Within: The CDBG Case. 18(7), 23–34.
Critically analyse and apply one of the change management diagnostic models covered in this module to the case study, using it to identify the core issues/problems. (1,000 words)
Develop an ethical change management plan for implementing change in the case study. (1,500 words)

Word Count
The word count is 2,500. There will be a penalty of a deduction of 10% of the mark (after internal moderation) for work exceeding the word limit by 10% or more. The word limit includes quotations but excludes the bibliography.
