Purpose and Overview of the PowerPoint Presentation
The purpose of this assignment is for you to demonstrate your ability to integrate the knowledge gained in the previous assignments, including the clinical question developed, the evidence collected from research studies, and the critical appraisal of those research studies into an effective PowerPoint presentation.
Directions
Develop a presentation using PowerPoint that incorporates the following:
PICO question
Brief critical appraisal of literature
Your summary statement
The practice change model that you used
A plan for a proposed practice change
Barriers and ways to overcome them
Outcome measures and implementation plan
Your presentation should reflect your ability to synthesize what you have learned about the topic and to present it clearly.
Your presentation should be understandable and easy to follow. Fonts, color, or pictures should not detract from the presentation. Content should flow logically and ideas should be well supported. All text and graphics should be related to the presentation.
All written material should be well organized and grammatical, with proper spelling and punctuation. Where appropriate for documentation, follow APA style.
