3. Evaluate the behavioural approach to management ,through understanding the factors that affect differences in individual behaviour

Task
It is deemed that organisational structures, culture , job design and working arrangements go through a progressive modification to enhance performances and achieve the organisational objectives.This process faces complexities, and conceptual challenges and no one has a “magic stick” to bring a “right fit” easily.
You have been tasked to select an organisation from retail sector in the UK and submit a report (2000 words) addressing the following:
1. How organisational Structure and cultures can influence the organisational performances
2. Based on behavioural approach, how different factors can influence individual behaviour at work place
