Overview
For this course, the main project which accounts for approximately 50% of your grade is a research proposal on an applied consulting topic. The first four modules of this course prepared you for this project by giving you many opportunities to read about both content related to organizational psychology consulting, as well as research. By the time you start your proposal you should have read 15 chapters and 24 articles related to a variety of organizational psychology consulting topics.
Some of the articles you read included topics such as: selection, talent management, executive coaching, employee attitudes, team, personality, leadership and stress. All of these articles were specifically chosen from the Consulting Psychology Journal: Practice & Review because of their applied nature. Most if not all of these articles focused on performing research in applied settings in order to address practical issues.
Instructions
Your task will be the same, but instead of carrying out the entire research project, you just have to propose a study. Pick one of the above topics and use the articles in that topic to help you get started. You are highly encouraged to research articles related to your proposed topic in the Annotated Bibliography Assignment.
You are encouraged to look at the Limitations & Future Research sections in the articles, as well as looking up the article in google scholar and clicking on the “Related Articles” link which should help you come up with an idea/research question.
The proposal must be applied in two ways. It would be proposed in an organization, and the RQ/Hypothesis should help that organization in some way. You don’t have to come up with a case study, you just have to make sure that the study you propose is applicable to a company’s everyday functioning.
The proposal will be submitted throughout the course and you are expected to utilize feedback from your instructor prior to submitted the Research Proposal: Final Revisions Assignment.

Submit Final Revisions for each portion you have already submitted.
The final proposal proposal should be a minimum of 15 pages and should contain a minimum of 25 references.
Please use APA formatting and include a title page, abstract and reference page. These three pages will not be included in the total 15 pages.
