TABLE OF CONTENTS
Objective
The objective of the Individual Course Project assignment is for students to create or select an organization to which they can apply business processes based on a realistic situation that they would likely face in the real world business environment.
Summary
Students will create a new organizational structure for a selected new or existing organization to make specific recommendations and present to a group of organizational stakeholders. Students will play the role of an organizational manager in charge of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling business processes.
Students will use the business strategies and methods discussed in the readings and class activities to a final Business Report with a minimum of 10 pages but not to exceed 12 pages in length.
In Week 7, students will submit the Final Business Report document and the document must adhere to the APA writing style.
In Week 8, students will submit the Final Narrated PowerPoint Presentation that summarizes the final Business Report.

This Individual Course Project is worth 380 points, consisting of the following deliverables:

Complete and submit the Topic Selection. Choose a new organizational structure or select an existing organization to be the subject of the Course Project. (20 points)
The Instructor will grade and approve topic selection.
