1. If you could choose, what type of Clinical Practice would you want to create with a group partnership of ARNP’s? (I selected an Internal Medicine and Mental Health Clinical Practice owned by two Nurse practitioner) Provide at least two reasons for selecting the Clinical Practice you are recommending (The clinic will be located in Miami-Dade county, Florida, specifically in North Miami Beach, where the population is like a melting pot with different minorities ethnic groups, like Hispanic and Afro-American. This communities do not have a deserved access to health care services due to lack of MD, Doctor in Medicine, available in this area and also the annual salaries of this families are less than 35000 dollars, making hard to afford a good medical insurance for them) Please elaborate this work with my above thoughts, thanks
2. With the mindset of a competitive analysis, what competitive advantage do you see with an all APRN Practice? . Use another 2 references talking about the importance of the Nurse Practitioner force in United States to fill the lack of MD in our country.

Two of the most likely business models selected for a group practice are S-Corporations and LLC. State why you think these are the two most likely used to facilitate a successful advanced practice environment in the APRN Center and which one would you recommend?
Develop this topic, choose two references no more than 5 years old, I personally recommend the LLC, please convey its advances over the other types.
