3. Maj (retd) Noor Chowdhury,

5. Risaldar Moslehuddin Khan.
Of the five absconders, according to officials concerned, the government knows the whereabouts of two fugitives for certain:

Bangladesh has only a convict or criminal exchange treaty with Thailand and India and that is why we are relying onbringing back those convicts from the US, Canada, or other countries through mutual and legal assistance requests.
