Based on your observations of the manager/supervisor/director of the department in which you intern, write a short narrative (no less than 2 full pages) that describes that individual as a supervisor.
Some of the areas that you may wish to consider in response include:
· How knowledgeable does this individual appear to be about the work that he/she does?
· What level of preparation did you think the supervisor has to qualify him/her for the role of supervisor?
· What do you believe is the supervisor’s management style?
· What are the supervisor’s strengths and weaknesses?
· Given your experience with this individual, would you copy his/her style if you were a manager? Why, or why not?
· If you could make suggestions for improvement, what would you suggest?
