Give some details about each piece: rhythm, harmony, tone color, dynamics and instrumentation (including soloists, if any).
Some of this information may be found on the liner notes with the recording or in the printed program for the live event. If you quote or paraphrase from these outside sources, clarify.
You may include your own feelings about the piece, even a creative storyline perhaps, but keep the main thing, the main thing: the music itself.
NOTE: DO NOT include any biographical information about a composer in your listening project or live concert report.
Save that for the composer biography, which is a separate assignment.
