Cassie is a 30-year-old female presenting for a well woman exam. On her intake paperwork, you notice her LMP was over 2 months ago.

Relevant Sexual History:

Cassie describes her sexual orientation as fluid. She has had one female partner for the last 3 months but prior to meeting her, was sexually active with a male partner for about one year. She has had 3 female lifetime partners and 3 male lifetime partners.

She is very satisfied with her current sexual functioning and has no concerns today. She and her partner participate in oral sex and vaginal intercourse with use of sex toys. With male partners she uses condoms but does not use any protection with female partners.

She has been screened for STIs and HIV in the past but never treated. In regard to her LMP, she is not concerned and says she has always had irregular cycles.
