Business law :Introduction to contracts
Make a list of all of the contracts that you have entered into during the past few years.
You should be able to list approximately 7-10 contractual arrangements. Pick one of these agreements and carefully read the terms of the contract.
Select one specific contractual term or provision that, upon careful examination, you find particularly interesting, surprising or unusual.
In a short paragraph (5-7sentences) explain the contract term in your own words and describe your rights and obligations and the rights and obligations of the other party.
You should focus on a single contract clause; do not summarize the entire agreement.
For this assignment, be sure to identify the contract you selected (ex. Apartment Lease for 123 Waldo Avenue; Terms of Service for Ancestry.com etc. ) and include the full-text of the provision or term you are analyzing (you may copy and paste the provision into your document).
